Yes these experiences do happen just like any other job. But to me it seems both of y'all are to blame. You knew the risk and had some knowledge going into best buy. So you can't throw it all on the installer. But on their end he shouldve made sure you were satisfied on his install and tested the set up before handing it over. Yes he shouldve of fixed it as soon as possible, but if he would of checked everything you couldve of avoid this situation. I wouldve a been a dick, and told them to get on it. But I hope they solve your problem. Also why didn't you ask someone here to install it for you. Alot of us including me wouldve of done it for free. I like doing installs and meeting other people who enjoy the hobby.</p></blockquote><p></p>
