So I just got a used 15" kicker l7 threw the multimeter on ohms setting at 200, and tested each coil. 1 read 4.4ohms and the other read 6.6ohms . So I wire the coils up in parallel and test with DMM and get 2.7ohms. When I threw the sub in the truck it seemed to work just fine. Didn't sound blown, didn't smell and had some decent bass, I didn't really turn it up loud tho, just want to see if it worked. When I test my other subs out with the DMM I get the correct readings so its not the DMM. Is this sub burnt up and waiting to die?
