Dont start your car. After 30 seconds turn the lights off and check the voltage, if its not at least 12.5V be looking for a new battery.Also, check the water in the battery (assuming its not a dry cell like an Optima) and make sure its full. If not pour some in and hook it up to a battery charger and set it to 2amps or "Trickle Charge" on some chargers. That will give it a good charge.</blockquote>
