Decided to build a single 12" slot ported box for my beater but anyways... I was grabbin my router so I could round the corners on my port and edges and it had the biscuit joiner setup on it. I usaully use wood glue, air nailer, lots of clamps and silicone but would this be easier. I mean cut the slots, put in buiscuits, glue and just pound with a hammer. And also it would be at a perfect 90* anyways. No worrying about that. I know it would be strong enough. Why doesnt anyone do this? I am gonna try next box around.</p></blockquote><p></p>
