Whining/Buzzing sound, any ideas? Thanks!

Been having a problem for some time now with buzzing/whining coming from one of my front speakers. It was random but what I discovered was this.

Its most certainly coming from my front left speaker (the sound) and the source is one of the following:

-Headunit RCA jack

-RCA cable (unlikely)

-Amplifier RCA jack

I say the cable is unlikely the culprit as I swapped the L&R on the amp and the whine still came from the left speaker. The other thing I noticed is that if I unplug and replug the RCAs at the amp, the whine goes away. In fact, it had gone away for 4 months. I think me opening/closing my backseat (where the amp is mounted) is what sets it off. Since I like it down, Ive been leaving it down and covering my amp with a black towel so people wouldnt see the amp when walking by. Recently I had to close it a few times and, like clockwork, its back.

Im fine with leaving it down more often but Id still like to fix the issue. Im hoping you guys might have more ideas on what/how to test the other components to identify the issue. I will also mention that I do have a joiner on the cable since its a 10ft cable I believe and I have a 2ended female unit to connect to a 3ft cable. All cables are monoprice premiums.

also the whining sound sounds like a bad ground type sound, so maybe its not related to the RCAs at all?

Anyhow, I appreciate the help

Setup:

Alpine 4.100 amp

Alpine x100 headunit

PG RSD 6.5 component set

Monoprice Premium RCA cables

I also have a sub amp and subs but Im pretty certain its not related

do you have your rcas couplers isolated and insulated? sounds like a ground loop. are your rcas where they might be affected by the seat moving? I say make a new run and try that. its the cheapest and easiest

can you describe what you mean by isolated and insulated? I mean, I understand what those words mean, but not sure exactly how I might isolate or insulate the cables properly. Thanks

Wrap where it plugs into the amp with electrical tape? I suppose I should pull my HU out and do this there as well.

I want to mention I did add some grounding wire to the RCA terminals on the HU that I read in a thread. Maybe thats my problem??
