If you want to get down to the nitty gritty, what is being compared is the amount of air displaced. If the single XXX12 excurts twice as much as each SE12, output would be equal, in same type enclosures. I agree the pair of SE's would probably be louder, but not by 3db's.</p></blockquote><p></p>
