But yeah pics can be a little deceiving on actual size sometimes. I thought the American Bass Elite subs were smallish average budget subs just seeing the stock photos until I had a 12" in person, they are not small motors. 15's tend to make even reasonable size motors look small.And yeah finding old school 15's in decent shape / reasonable price can be tricky / take a long time. Usually when I see the stuff it is way too expensive and you can buy a modern better sub for the same or less brand new, so makes no sense unless you were really adamant about doing a true all old school build.</blockquote>
