The only time I hear about those things overheating is when they are wired at 1 ohm and what not. Otherwise I have to say they are a good amp. My friend has the Excelon and that thing is real nice. You wont go wrong with a Kenwood, but for sure go for the bigger amp. In the long run you will be happy if you ever change to bigger subs or something.</p></blockquote><p></p>
