Message: <blockquote data-quote="B_Master_Flash" data-source="post: 836243" data-attributes="member: 552262"><p>I just found out about 2 HO alternators I can get and I can't decide which one to buy.  I just learned that the alternator from the Toyota Highlander fits my car, and they make an upgraded 130 amp alt for it, I can get one for about $150 at autozone.  I also learned that Iraggi alternators makes one for my car, which makes 180 amps, and would cost me $300 shipped (with the group buy).  My current alternator makes less than 90 amps, so it will be a good increase either way, and I'm sure my BX1500D would be fine w/ just the 130, but with the 180 I have lots of room to upgrade.  I have no problem dropping $150 right now, but $300 is streching it (although I can afford it)  What do you guys think?</p></blockquote><p></p>
