I have a 2005 Mitsubishi Outlander. The factory audio system kicks out 140 watts. I just ordered a new receiver and speaker system from crutchfield. Here they are... http://www.crutchfield.com/S-U6UE5bPqVvd/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=300&I=113MP205 http://www.crutchfield.com/S-U6UE5bPqVvd/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=410&tab=features_and_specs&i=500SPS171A#Tab I do like to listen to music loud, but I also do not need a ton of base. I don't listen to a ton of hip hop or anything, but like I said, I do like to turn up the volume pretty loud. I don't know a ton about car audio, but I read from some customer reviews that to get your full moneys worth on the speaker system, that you should pair it with an amp as well. Are amps really more important for the bass or would I notice a big difference on the entire system? I appreciate any help anybody can offer me. Thanks in advance!
