Message: <blockquote data-quote="UMGixxer" data-source="post: 2452302" data-attributes="member: 572448"><p>it really doesnt matter as long as the wire sends a constant signal once the hu is on it will be fine, that small current is just needed to turn the amp on, so as long as that wire doesnt stay hot all the time with the car off you should be fine, if you got a multimeter just put one lead on the wire and another on the chasis somewhere and if it reads any voltage while the car is off then you cant use that wire b/c your amp will never turn off unless you use a switch, now if it doesnt read anything turn your hu on and if it reads something then thats what you are lookin for</p></blockquote><p></p>
