Update: Well I went to the shop and was very polite asking them what could have happened to cause both subs to go out. They said they will take care of me and to leave the car all day. I went in later that day and they pulled both IDQ subs out. One of the subs was totally fine and the other all of the glue seperated from the surround and all of the subs glue came apart so IDQ should fix it free. The shop is shipping them to IDQ for me and will pay for the repair if needed! They gave me 2 brand new JL 10W1's for the side panels and they sound great! I am happy and will most likely be selling the IDQ's once I get them repaired. Thanks for the help everyone.
