bin/cue files are image files that are meant to be burned onto a CD. However, its easier to just use daemon tools, iso buster, alcohol 120% ect... to make virtual drives where you can mount these image files. If the bin/cue is a movie, it can most likely be burned and played on a dvd player, or you can just watch it on ur computer.
