It's really no different running into something at 5 then at 55. You either miscalculated or just plain missed, if it can happen at slow speeds it can sure as hell happen when you're going fast. Be thankful the slow speeds will just cause a few dents and scratches which can be easily repaired. Its not so easy to fix the human body.</p><p></p><p>So if anything, it sounds like you learned from your misfortune at least. Be careful man.
