Hey guys, im new to the forum i had to join because i am having the weirdest issue with my car audio system. I currently have a pioneer double din headunit connected to a 4 channel amp powering 4 midrange speaker. When i turn my radio on everything works perfectly but once the radio dims for night time use i get a constant high pitched (maybe 1khz) coming though my speakers. Now this only happens when the radio dims which i find extremely weird. I am not using the dimmer wire from my radio harness as i often drive with my headlights on in the daytime so the radio simply dims according to the time so every time 8pm comes around the sound starts. I eventually just took off the feature and decided to keep my brightness up which blinds the crap out of me when driving at night. Please help i have no idea what else to check i have tried everything!!!
