BUT there are some cases where weed without hairs is very potent.  Take Ak-47 for example, for the strains i've smoked, they were relatively hairless and had a very high THC rating, something like 21%, where your everyday normal weed is ~10%.  It depends on the strain, but for the most part, orange, especially red hairs = potent bud.Don't come up with shit if you have no idea what your talking about, even if your "dealer" buddy has told you so.</blockquote>
