If it weren&#039;t so hard to come here legally and become a citizen I&#039;m sure they would be glad to do it -- all of the immigrants that I know certainly would.Some countries like South Korea will be feeling the effects of a fertility rate under 2.1 in the coming years when more workers are dying than entering the work force.
