For 2 amps and 2 subwoofers it should be wired like this: Headunit > RCA > Amp #1 :::: + & - to subwoofer #1 Amp #1 Preamp out > rca > amp #2 :::: + & - to subwoofer #2 Settings on both amps (for now) should only involve the Gain, LPF, and the Infrasonic filter. The others are just a bass boost and have no business in powering the subwoofer "on" or "off". They simply control the bass response. So, set the INFRASONIC FILTER to about 30hz for now (this value should be set a couple hz lower than the tuning of the box), then set the LPF to 80hz. Now, set the gain by ear if you wish (or DMM) to the correct value for both amps. Then, try the sub that isn't playing on the other amp to make sure it's good. Then, try the sub that is playing on the "bad" amp to see if it's just the amp. come back after that. I'm thinking you may just have it connected wrong.
