I just installed another W200 in my Explorer (the last one was stolen). I am not getting any output when using the radio as the source. CD, DVD, Ipod, 701, rear camera, all of that is working fine and communicating properly with the head unit. The antenna is pugged in fine. In fact, the head unit is getting a signal, because in seek mode, it stops on all of the known stations in my area. There is just zero output when the tuner is the source. No static or anything at all. I have triple-checked all of the settings, and I am sure my install is done right. Can anyone think of something I am missing? Is there anything in the settings that may cause this? Can you think of any kind of install error that would cause this? Again, it is working perfectly for all other sources. I would love to avoid having to send this back to Alpine. Thanks in advance.
