I'm not a electrician but I would think that the voltage at the amp is the same everywhere else. Obviously the voltage drops and is noticeable everywhere else. Lights dimming dash dimming etc. So the low voltage if any isn't really only at one location. It's throughout the whole electrical system.Sometimes when I turn my vacume cleaner on the lights dim in my house. So I know it's not just at the location of power.</blockquote>
