If they are overated its not by much. also heard of people running these amps at 1ohm w/ no problems, (would not recommend since they are 2ohm stable). instead of crutchfield you should shop ebay for new v318xt amps (not used or refurbed). mine are all new and i paid 330 for all 3 shipped. definitly a good amp and a budget friendly price tag.</p></blockquote><p></p>
