My Winter project was to upgrade my sound system in my boat and now I have most of the pieces, but may have got some bad advice along the way. Here is what I have. Sony CDX L410X Deck Jensen 4 CH. 1304 Amp (120 RMS per ch.) 2 Infinity 1252 12 inch subs in 1.25 cubic foot cabinets 4 Sony explode 6x9 in cabinets 70 RMS rated each(tried in and not in and liked the sound in the cabinets better) 2 Pyle component speakers 6.5 inch plus tweeter 120 RMS rated each 2 pioneer 4 inch speakers I only have 2 preamps out of the deck so I had to split to do all 4 channels. I have the subs on channels 3 and 4 and then I have 2 6x9s on channel 1 and 2 6x9s on channel 2. Then I have the remaining speakers hooked to the deck 17 RMS per channel. Does this sound like the best way to set this up and the advice I got about being ok to run 2 speakers off a channel is that correct. It sounds fantastic, but I have not really turned it up yet and with all the experience in Audio on this forum I value yuour opinions. Thanks
