I have to say that this fourm is very helpful in pointing people in the right direction about many things. Get those search engines pumping and there is no telling what you can come up with. After more research on here and on my speakers websight, I have been able to fine tune my system to sheer dleight. It ALL starts with a good quallity head unit. I can't stress that enough. I have the Kenwood Excelon KDC-X990, and it is one sweet *** deck. It has allowed me to get those freq my speakers demand for maximum sq. So, especially for the newbies in car audio, before you start dumping lot of money into subs and amps ect... if and when you can, spend the money and get yourself a higher quality deck. This is were it all starts. It makes everything you put in afterwords better. In the long run, you'll be glad you did. Thanks all, it 's so nice to have a system that I can be proud of.
