You know why? Because all of your government defrauding and waste makes up a small percentage of total government spending, yet it's still your #1 priority. It's like getting shot, but before you go to the hospital you have to find a bandaid for a paper cut.There is no rational, critical, empirical gain to be had in worrying so much about government waste right now with so many other problems. Even if we eliminated it all in one snap of the finger, we'd still be faced with an enormous debt and an enormous deficit. It's foolish to worry about even forgetting the time, effort and legislation needed to end it all, including most likely an entire social movement to elect people in the government who would end it.</blockquote>
