It is just many people take advantage. You realize government run programs scream inefficiency no matter what. I say untill someone comes up with a national system that is better, you cannot complain with what they're doing right now. If you have kids and are working 60 hours a week and getting earned income credit I would love to pay for it with my tax dollars, but if you're a lazy sob who works at mcdonalds for 20hrs a week you can go **** yourself.
