I just got em installed in my car and it blows my friends Type X setup away. Hes kinda pisst off about it. Both have good midbass but the tweets on the XR's sound more detailed. Again, this is all based on opinion and what kind of music you might like. The JL Xr's are the same price as the type X.</p></blockquote><p></p>
