Message: <blockquote data-quote="SuckMikeHawk23" data-source="post: 31195" data-attributes="member: 540981"><p>ummm... no... type-r's and gsr's are different.  the motors are different.  the gsr produces 180 hp at the crank, whereas the type-r produces 200hp at the crank.  thats the usdm models of each.  i think the jdm type-r puts out 220 at the crank.  the gsr is not the best integ out there, the type r is.  but good luck finding an american spec type r, let alone a jdm type r.  i believe they only borught about 200 usdm type r's per year for a couple of years.</p></blockquote><p></p>
