In my current car I have no room for a 10 inch sub because of my height. I was thinking I could get 4 8's though. Behind my seats i was thinking about making a box that would hold two 8's on each side of the car. Would two eights have the same effectiveness as one ten? Would go as low, I don't know a lot about speaker physics, but i was thinking that two 8's in the same box would count as one speaker. Am i right in thinking this. Speakers i was thinking about were either 4 8inch L7's or anything else somebody recommends. I have only owned solobarics in my car audio life so I have no experience with anything else. If anybody knows of something that would work better I would take recommendations. I will be running these of of either zapco or autotek amps. Wattage to be determined once i figure what subs i will be using.
