[QUOTE="spoonraker, post: 3073572, member: 570956"] Well I measured the crap out of my trunk and designed my box to fit perfectly inside of it...however I guess I didn't measure enough. Box is done, but I just can't quite get it into the trunk. I fit it in the trunk with a slight amount of effort before I put the top on, and there was plenty of room once the box was inside the trunk, the problem is that now that the top is on, I just can't quite get the box inside lol. I took all the weather stripping off of the trunk surround, and the plastic piece that covers the trunk latch area. The problem is the trunk latch its self. If it weren't there it would slide right in with a little bit of force, but I am off by about...you guessed it, 3/4'' with the top on the box. Obviously my first thought was the remove the trunk latch, but then I discovered that in order to do that I would have to take the bumper off. to gain access to the bolts that hold it on. I have limited tools and knowledge so I'm trying not to take the latch off. I was just wondering if there is anything I can do to get the box to slide in. I was thinking I could sand the back bottom edge of the box down a bit at a 45 degree angle, same deal on the front bottom edge, hell maybe just all of them. I might even have to cut a small notch right where the latch hits... Basically what I'm asking is there anything I can do or just say screw it and find a way to get my bumper and trunk latch off?
