Some people I know didnt care about the 5 over, but wanted to fight the points so their insurance didnt go up. Even then the cop increased the points perspective to what they actually were going over. So not only did they end up with more points, they also ended up with more fines. When his story didnt jive you should have asked to see the radar. If he cant produce the proof, the ticket will get thrown out in court. Or if it hasnt been calibrated recently.</p></blockquote><p></p>
