I did the big three and put in a 2.2 farad cap (I hear mixed reviews but it was fairly cheap so I did it). Amp is a kicker cx1200.1. Issue is when I'm driving and turn up the volume the car will start stuttering. This is more prevalent with rock music with the hard short hits I imagine dropping the voltage momentarily. It does dim the lights after a little while. Im pretty sure my alternator isn't keeping up but could this be a crap battery as well? I did leave my lights on for like an hour and the car wouldn't start which seems pretty likely the battery is on its way out.Also my wiring kit came with a 60amp fuse and that amp has never blown it, also kind of makes me wonder.</blockquote>
