With more creative thinking, I'm sure you'll be able to fit the two Ti's in there somehow...hint: angles. Putting two ti subs in a car..wow, that'll blow your eaerdrums clean off. (or so it seems, judging by the specs of the sub) As for the plastic and painted thing, you are referring to kick panels, door pod, kick pods,e tc. THey're essentially the same thing. I believe you'd have three options: 1. purchased a pre-made one for your car 2. Use fiberglass to make one 3. Use resin (like me, eaiser) to make one. Fiberglass needs quite a lot of work, but the results seem to be quite amazing. http://web.njit.edu/~cas1383/glassing/ the link above will teach you basic steps to fiberglassing. I haven't tried it myself, but I'm sure I'll refer back to this place if I get the time and stuff needed to make these kind of things. As for resin, it's just like plasticine (play-doh), but will need a considerably longer time to sand and shape, and I don't think it is as strong as fiberglass. Mixing the right amounts really well should do the trick. I got pods up front, but I still haven't sanded it down, nor painted/carpeted, so now it looks horrible at the moment. Sounds much better though.
