They told me they had parts when they didnt, they told me I would receive the laptop from shipping and I didnt get it until two weeks later, and they refused to upgrade me to a different model despite the lemon laws.I will never own anything but Asus or Sager. Ill pay out the *** ($1400 or so), but Ill get my laptop custom built to my specs (raid, dual GPU&#039;s, quad core if I want, etc), 3 year warranty at the minimum, and top notch customer service without the BS frills.</blockquote>
