This is unfortunate but Stetsom stands behind our product and with competitors like Rob we will work through these issues. We are going to send Rob another amp that will take higher voltage and see if that cures this problem. I have the first four of these amps and did lots and lots of testing to just set the gains. I know if I would have been there with you brother this amp probably wouldnt have burned, and if it would have i would have taken one out of my car and put it in there to finish the show. I am doing over 161db with two amps in my set up on 12 volts, My voltage never goes over 14.2 so I have not had any problems and my gains are set really low. I make the head unit do the work not the amp. after my rise I am seeing 3.1ohm and making 8540watts. At finals i will try a lower nominal imedience and get more power. I may just run two amps I may run four, dont knw till I get there and see the competition. Beajay had one amp fail and we think that was due to thermal issues, we unhooked this amp and ran teh other one for the rest of the show. He was doing demos in the HOT sun for hours on end before the amp failed and it was the one that was about 4 inches from the sheet metal of his trunk deck. These amps are real power houses when they get dialed in. Rob we will be strong in 2010. Lets see what all the haters say then...............

[QUOTE="Stetsom Rep USA, post: 6361388, member: 613490"] i been watching this post and when a amp is a new design there are going to be flaws.
