This will by my first time to compete and have never gone to a competition just think it might be fun for an old fart to try.  I was thinking about interring Intro consumer and the Intermediate consumer. The only problem I have heard is if you enter the higher class you cannot go back. The reason I was thinking about entering the higher class was to get some professional feedback.
