I know this has potential to start a huge debate in here, but basically it is just something I feel wrather personal about being as I have spent time in the military and on college campuses and different countries getting wasted. Do I feel 18yr olds should be able to drink? Not all of them, but then again I feel the same about a lot of 21yr olds too. I just know that insurance rates and accidents began to drop by a good margin in LA when they changed the law and that was by far a good thing.</p></blockquote><p></p>
