I sold an amp on eBay. My buyer soon thereafter resold it using my listing information. Not long after that I get a request for a refund claiming the amp was not working (which I know for certain it was as I had it working on my test bench prior to selling it) This is how I responded to his return/refund request: Greetings! First let me please apologize for failing to reply to you sooner but here of late my internet access has been sporadic at best and I only just this morning saw your request. Unfortunately I am going to have to decline your request to return this unit for a refund. This is for a couple of different reasons. First and foremost is my very clearly stated policy of no returns on used electronics as stated in my original auction listing. I know for certain that the unit was in working condition when it left my possession as I was using it on my test bench powering a pair of older Kenwood eXcelon 10s wired together in parallel for a 2 Ohm load. I can see no good reason other than user error why it would be malfunctioning now. Secondly (and to me the most pertinent reason) is that according to eBay you've already sold this amp! Not only that but for some reason you saw fit to use my listing information word for word along with my pictures in your auction. I fear that something dishonest is afoot here and I cannot say that I have any particular interest in playing a role in it to any extent. This is how my buyer responded to my answer: Well, I disagree with your no return policy. I bloody well hate dishonest folks
