Message: <blockquote data-quote="joshpoints" data-source="post: 202726" data-attributes="member: 546465"><p>What if the short is at the speaker cone.  I'm pretty sure that this is where it is.  I'm either the king at destroying speakers or JBL GTO series just ****.  Maybe you have to stick with their power series and GTI series.  I've broke 6 of their GTO series subs, both their old and their new model.  They have great customer service, but doesn't seem like a durable speaker.  You'd think $80.00 a speaker would be enough to get a speaker that doesn't break.  My brother got two bottom of the line fosgates, two for like $80.00 his don't sound nearly as good, but at least they don't break.</p></blockquote><p></p>
