If this is done it minimizes american death. AT the same time the # of civilians and enemies killed increases. Using missles increases the number of deaths for the other side while decreases the number of american's death. Actually I think I believe this theory now. I'm not trying to oppose you in everything wonderbread, I just feel that war is war, in truth there are no real rules, though civilized nations like the U.S. try to make them. The person that wins gets to make the rules. If some commits war crimes that lead them to win a war, it doesn't matter they won the war.
