Honestly I don't know if the U.S. will ever use one of their nuclear weapons again. Someone will have to either hit america with one of theirs, or attempt to. We will never initiate the use of them, probably because we don't want the use of them to become widespread and we feel that if we use them countries will take it as saying that they can be used in war. I don't think Bush will win the next election, and this worries me. I hope he drops a missle on North Korea's nuclear facility, they continue to make public threats that the U.S. is forcing them into using nuclear weapons on Americas east coast. If he doesn't get to this by the end of his term I can Guarantee that the Democrats will do nothing about north korea. In fact the Democrats will allow them to have these weapons. This would cause north korea to be one of the major world powers, which is dangerous. THey are already threatening us and we have done nothing to them and they only have a few nukes if any right now. Can you imagine what will happen when they have a large storage. Democrats have a different ideology on war. They like to avoid it. So rather than dealing with north korea when it is a small problem they will wait until north korea is equal to us in power. At that point North korea will team up with China and either a war where everyone dies will break out, or we will give up and speak a korean or chinese language. [QUOTE="joshpoints, post: 192845, member: 546465"] There was a guy that was the former head of nuclear development on television talking about how Sadam put billions into creating an underground nuclear facility. He actually wrote a whole book on sadam. I don't remember his name though. Obviously he doesn't live in Iraq anymore, or he would be dead.
