He took off 9 pts from me, a neg takes off half the pts that a + rep gives.  So the person who negged me adds 18 pts for a + rep.  Req has 2 dots, iceteebone has 8 dots, there's your 3-5 pt difference.  Neg away.</p></blockquote><p></p>
