Message: <blockquote data-quote="MikeofTulsa" data-source="post: 1516694" data-attributes="member: 541667"><p>didnt really argue about it because in a sense it is my fault. the Company's attendence policy is once you reach a certain amount of occurences (points that bulid up as you miss work) you are terminated.  Managers (my boss' boss) can overide these, but seeing as i've had a few manager overides before due to other issues. such as my mom dying, my dad dying, my attempted ******* this manager didnt want to do the paperwork associated with overiding this occurence which is his perogitive. just sucks tho cause im one of the top ranked employees for the company or i was. and thats out of over 1500 at just this call center, doesnt take into account all the other call center stats across the country. ohh well, already put in about 10 apps other places that im over qualified for so hopefully i hear something back soon.</p></blockquote><p></p>
