I read this topic when it was very first posted, and maybe a page or two after that, so excuse me if this has already been gone over... But my aunt downloads a crap load of music. She has done a little investigating, and most of the people who were being caught were using Kazaa. Is it true that Kazaa is cracking down more so than others? I have been using Win mx for a while. And my aunt has been also, and just through her online searching, she has yet to see someone being busted for using win mx. And another thing, a while back when all that RIAA stuff was going down, she linked me to a website that basically said file sharing was illegal. So if im not sharing any files, then how will i get in trouble? Im really not too concerned with the whole situation because i hardly ever download songs. My cousin comes over every so often and download a few instrumentals but thats about it. Im just as curious about this topic as the next guy.
