Matt LaPorta will be a good one, no doubt about that. Although he hasn't done much in the Olympics. Zach Jackson might be a decent 4th or 5th starter, but no more than that. He was brought up already and got rocked his 1st outing, which I am not basing his one outing off that, just don't see him being more than what I mentioned. We have a good catcher in Shoppach as Martinez will go to 1st next year or even later this year when he comes back. So that new cather we got, cant think of his name might make a decent back up, which we will need. We picked up a couple other pitchers, but nothing that strikes me as them being a big threat or a mild one at that. Oh and a third baseman, but so what, they will move Peralta over there next year and make Cabrera the SS and Barfield given he is heathly will be at 2nd. Oh and CC wanted to stay in Cleveland, just knew he wouldn't get the money he was looking for, simple as that. He most likely won't be a Brewer next year either. He went from a small market team to one of the smallest........ Blake, no sense in arguing that as it panned out well as we did get prospects and might have him back next year. So that is fine. Sorry don't see Hafner and Martinez as vets after a few years. When I think vet, I think somebody older and been in the league for years, yes they have expierence, but when I want a young guy coming the league, I want someone with a lot of expierence taking me under his wing. Also blow me cumdumpster.
