I regularly run over 400 amps through a single run of 0 ga and never have a problem, and others I know run over 1000 amps through a single run of 0 gauge wire and all without failure of the wire. So the ratings you listed might depend on the amount of time the wire is subjected to high amperage flow.</p></blockquote><p></p>
