Second example, claiming I went to CACO, was disruptive, and subsequently banned, is a flat out lie. So again, why should I care at this point what your problem is, what juan's problem is, or what coma's problem is? Both of them have proven to be unreasonable, unethical, and liars.</p><p></p><p>As for your nitty gritty, one of the 'perks' of being a vendor is they are given moderator status for their sub-forum. I dont even go there. For all I know, if I poked my nose in Juan's sub forum and started enforcing rules, Id be accused of being in their business. SPL.com's $40 vendor payment does not give them some sort of right to 'test' the mod staff here. If they didnt want to control their own sub-forum, they should have considered that before agreeing to do so. Or did Juan think he had mod powers on his sub-forum because we <em>didnt</em> expect him to use them?</p><p></p><p>If Juan wanted to delete or modify any portion of that thread, he had the power to do so. He didnt, but now you want to come here after the fact and claim <em>we</em> mods should have been doing it. I have no 'duty' in the vendor sub-forums in which you can judge my actions, or inactions, as derelict. I suggest you know more about this situation before YOU pass judgement.</p><p></p><p>As for SPL.com/Juan's "genuine" interest in executing a vendor status here, his words and actions prove otherwise. I read with my own eyes where he said he didnt plan on staying here more than the month he'd already paid for (before this <span style="color: black">s</span>hit hit the fan), and his repeated attempts to defame this site in order to promote his, suggest his interest was something less than genuine.</p><p></p><p>Lastly, if we truly were the 'gestapo' mods we've been called by these guys, we wouldn't even be having this discussion.
