Tell me about the Diamond Audio D5 600.2

I just saw this amp today while searching for something to power my Boston Pro 60s. I found it for $250 + Shipping. However i know nothing about this company so does anyone have anything to say about this amp or the company? And is there any other amps i should know about? I would like to have about 200x2@3ohm. Budget is around $300. Thanks!

Also, is it worth it to bi amp if you're NOT going active? RIght now I have an entry level phoenix gold 4 channel...should i bridge it for the extra power or bi amp it? I think it should push around 100x4 but im not sure. Its a R8.0:4

the D5's are solid amps. i have a D51200.1 that is strong as hell. i wont ever get rid of that thing.
