Its a long story , Bought a Brahma off a person from a forum , WOnt mention names untillI get refunded ! Anyhoo the tinsle leads are snapped and wire nutted back on , I had asked him if they were solderd back because mine broke and he said "no there not solderd " but didnt bother to tell me they wernt attatched at all !! It took alot of *****ing and threats to sue to get a refund , I will keep you updated ! Oh dont buy a Brahma 12 from anyone on the caraudio.com forum or aol car stereos you may get this one , His name is Josh but according to him EVERYONE KNOWS THERE BROKEN , but he can still get 270 for it ! And thats why I hate teenagers today , Aleast little lying pricks like this one !

Listen not all teenagers ****!!! I am 17 anjd I am a decent kid. Most people do get along with me. Yea ?I smoke the greens but I also enjoy myself everyday. I try to live every minuate as if it was my last......

As far as u getting ****ed over, man I am sorry. Hope u can resell it for mucho profits!!! And BTW I'd drive to where he lives and **** him up..

Yo it might make you feel better at the time, but if you get busted for assault or what not you gotta do more fighting in jail just so you dont get cornholed or what not no sleep or whateva and fight for your food, but thats somthing I dont wanna do so like I said just voice it and get them so scared they got piss running down their leg its just as good........

Dude hate to break this **** to ya but in America if u just kick someones ass u get like a mth in jail or fines or **** like that and its just a low security jail not high security ones with teh rapists, murderes etc.

Still a month in jail isnt worth it, but I would let them know Im coming for them, that way they live in fright wondering when its gonna happen and how, but if like you said just go kick his ass he gets off easy cause it gets done and over quick.....let him think and walk around wondering when it could happen.....example its like getting shot in the back of the head instant death im sure you would choose that over being trapped and watch a falling car headed straight to take your head off....

I know how you feel because I shipped a 18" stroker out to CA then he said he didnt want it I gave him like 20 pic of the ****ing thing he didnt ask any ?s about it so he got it and he said he mad it had a crack on the top spider so I was out 40 just for shipping then but what made me more mad is that he never sent it back yet I dont know what to do I would sue him but that would cost more then the sub. any help would be great I just dont know what I sould do????

i'd still sue(at least summons him, that's only like $40 bucks or so, in most places). make the little pr!ck think ur draggin his as$ to court. i tell him i'm suing for all costs incurred(lawyer's fees, court costs, shipping, etc)the whole ball of wax. give him 10 days to return the sub, or it's his bank roll!!

btw, to some of the earlier posts, certain jails are worse then prison. most jails don't allow smoking, have no activities(basketball, yard or anything), some don't have tv, won't allow a tv or anything with a cord, and ur inside 24/7. reading books, playing cards(if ur lucky) and being couped up with other inmates is alll u have to look forward too. after awhile, things get pretty tense. in prison, u get pt, u get tv(some even offer cable), u get to have a job, and for smokers...u can smoke. neither is a fun place(neither are psych wards, mental rehabs and such), and i don't ever want to go back.

thumping someone's as$, while fun at the time, in the end, just ain't worth it. even if you don't get time(usally suspended for first offence or plea bargin), u still have court costs, lawyer fee's and a fine to pay. and that's if the little pr!ck doesn't sue ya for thumping his as$, then u have more court costs, lawyer's fees(his and urs), medical bills and puminative damages to pay. so u tell me if it's worth it.

i'm done........
