In Europe the water is so vile that alkcohol was what was drank with meals instead of water or other water derived, un boiled substances. Now that Europeans had moved to America they were so used to the taste that they couldn't get used to water or much of anything else. Therefore, alcohol was made legal. Now as for cancer sticks.......make them illegal. They are more diease and death causing than anyother substance. I say substance beacuse they are a DRUG. They aren't 100% natural. The tobacco doesn't just grow anywhere like marijuana does.J</blockquote>
