Well... Here is my thoughts on this whole thing. When a company changes formats they burn a lot of people. Look at RE. (Not having any 'inside' information which can sometimes be wrong anyway because a good business man will use a person who will tell 'inside' info for spin) But, it looks like they weren't making enough money to stay afloat in the current setup (OEM, On-Line Sales/Support, and whatever else they do/did). So, they seem to be going back to what their bread and butter was/is OEM. However, having burned so many people and with the price increase on the already expensive subwoofers I am looking at this as too little too late. I know a lot of you love TC, and I think they made a pretty good product from what I have seen heard. But, I have never owned TC. I have a decent supply of cash so it isn't like I couldn't afford TC subs, but I could never justify the cost/gain for the subwoofers they sold. I think that there are probably some people out there that agree with me. Anyway, it also seems they have lost a lot of the OEM companies.
